Bull Metal Products can fabricate from your drawings, sketches, or from a sample of your product. OR; we can design product that meets your specific requirements using our CAD / CAM capabilities.
Prototypes
Nothing beats a hands on sample for proof of an engineering design/concept. Internal review and feedback with a prototype is essential in evaluating a new product and making pre-marketing product improvements.
Small to Large Run Production Capabilities
Moderate high volume or low volume, we can handle a wide range of production runs. Short run precision parts are run on our CNC turret presses. Long running job can be hard-tooled to run on one of our two coil process lines.
Light Gage Sheet Metal Expertise
Although we primarily run 24 -14 gage (.024-.060) cold rolled steel, we do have the equipment, and expertise to run other gages and other materials (aluminum and stainless steel).
Powder Coating
With nearly 20 years of powder coating experience, you can count on us to provide you with a finish that is second to none. Powder coating in-house allows us to maintain the necessary quality control in the finishing process, while also maintaining total control of the production schedule. We are not reliant on an outside source for finishing.
Welding
Although we primarily spot weld (resistance weld) assemblies together, we are also capable of MIG and TIG welding. This versatility allows us to use the best process for the job at hand.
Assembly / Pre-Packing
Depending on the specifics of the end use of your product, you may wish to have us do some light assembly or pre-packing of your product. It is an effective way to minimize handling costs.
Screen Printing
Enhance your product with a permanently screen-printed name and logo for truly professionally manufactured look. Screen-printing adds a sense of value to your product while it provides after the sale advertising. We are professional industrial screen printers. |
